Guaranteed Satisfaction - We want you to be happy and 100% pleased with your product purchase. We have built our business around referrals from our most satisfied customers. We stand behind all of the watches we sell and we guarantee your satisfaction. This is not a commitment we take lightly.

Merchandise that Can Be Returned

We stand behind our products. For any unworn, undamaged product, WatchBox will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • You have seven (7) days from the shipment date to receive authorization for your return. Contact your Sales Associate to receive authorization for return.

  • Once you receive your Authorization, you will have up to twenty-one (21) days of the shipment date to return the product;

  • Only items purchased directly from WatchBox or through a Watchbanq Limited Website can be returned;

  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to five (5) business days to process your return, plus another five (5) business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method;

  • We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your return;

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and inclusive of all packaging, documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, and warranties as shipped by us. Items must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches, or any indication that the product has been worn or sized in any manner; Items that have tags removed or show obvious signs of wear may have a restocking fee or be rejected for return.

  • Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and

  • The following products are not eligible for return: special orders, engraved items, custom products, final or promotional sales.

Special Orders or Other Final Sales – Not Returnable

There are certain products that cannot be returned. Please note the following:

  • All sales for special orders, engraved, and custom made items are final sales and not returnable for any reason;

  • Promotional and sale items are final sales and are not returnable for any reason;

  • Any other items for which return authorization has not been issued within seven (7) days of shipment date are final sales and are not returnable for any reason.
